Purchasing Vintage
Please note that vintage items may show signs of pre-use and wear and tear due to the nature of their age. Any imperfections will be described or photographed. Vintage items are not ‘perfect’; they are not new.

Postage and Packaging
The greatest care is taken when packaging your purchase to prevent any damage during transit. We will use Royal Mail or a Courier Service for delivery. Purchases will be dispatched within 1 to 2 days of ordering.

Flat rate of £4.95
Europe and Rest of World
If you are a customer from outside of the UK please email julie@greytogreenhome.com to discuss shipping costs before purchasing any items.
Goods lost in dispatch will be dealt with in accordance with the lost items policy of the Royal Mail or Courier Service.
Returns and Refunds
Requests for a refund must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please email julie@greytogreenhome.com in the first instance.
Great care is taken in packaging your purchase to prevent it from damage whilst in transit. If your item is damaged please send pictures by email to julie@greytogreenhome.com
You are responsible for the cost of returning items UNLESS they are damaged or faulty.
Please pack the item/s with care to prevent damage in transit. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Returned items must be received undamaged.
If due to insufficient packaging the item reached us damaged we will contact you immeadiately with evidence and a refund will not be made.
Once an item has been received by us in the condition in which it was dispatched to you a refund will be issued via your original method of payment.
